Nolan Calisch is an artist, photographer, and farmer. Inspired by his work in regenerative farming, he uses holistic and community-forward design in his creative work for a range of clients and institutions. In recent years Calisch has been commissioned by the Matisse Museum in rural France, the University of California Santa Cruz, and was included in the The Photographer’s Playbook published by Aperture. He is currently the Creative Director for Edible Portland Magazine. Since 2008, he has managed Wealth Underground Farm, a small diversified organic farm near Portland, Oregon.
